You can claim your profile by proving domain ownership, which lets you correct factual details. If you would rather not be listed at all, say so and we will remove you.

Reviews and claim records are deleted on request, no reason needed. We act within 30 days and usually much sooner.

We do not remove a score because a provider dislikes it, and we do not add one because a provider asks. Scores come from measurements; if a measurement is wrong we will correct it and say so, but a correct number stays whether or not it flatters anyone.
We also cannot help with an order you placed with a provider. We are not a party to that transaction — contact the provider directly, and if they do not resolve it, tell us, because that is exactly the kind of thing worth recording here.
